Nowadays, disc tailings recovery machine and magnetic separator are usually used. The disc type tailings recovery machine is composed of five parts, which are ore shortage device, main machine, chute, rack and ore collecting tank. They are located in different parts of the disc type tailings recovery magnetic separator, so their functions are different. When the magnetic separator is working, they interact to complete the tailings recovery work together.
When working, the pulp flows from the inflow end to the body end. Because there is a gap between the disks, the magnetic substances in the pulp are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic disk, and the non-magnetic minerals are discharged from the discharge end of the chute. The magnetic material adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic disk is driven by the rotation of the main disk to discharge from the slurry level. The magnetic field is filled between the disks of the disc tailings recovery magnetic separator, so the materials between the disks can receive the effect of the magnetic field to realize the full recovery of materials, and the recovery rate is greatly improved. The distance between the magnetic disk and the magnetic pole is very small. The magnetic separator is specially designed for tailings recovery, and it has very good treatment effect for large flow and low-grade tailings. The discharge mode is non-contact forced discharge, which ensures the continuity of feeding. In order to protect the disk from wear, the surface is coated with a protective layer, so the service life of the magnetic separator is greatly extended.
Although the disc type tailings recovery magnetic separator has a large processing capacity, it covers a small area and has a small level difference between feeding and discharging. It can be installed wherever there is a tailing chute. The important thing is that the tailings recovery magnetic separator creates huge economic benefits, which are embodied in water saving, power saving and output benefits. Water saving performance in the magnetic mineral water content, flow state, do not need additional water. Power saving performance in a single large capacity, installed capacity of only a few thousand watts. Because of its large capacity and high recovery rate, its annual output benefit is huge.
1. High recovery rate
There is no blind area for the pulp to pass through the selected area when the equipment is used for mineral processing (the blind area for mineral processing is that there is no ore absorption outside the plate of the disc tailings recovery machine). The recovery rate is about 20% higher, and one-stage beneficiation is enough.
